| Description | Intense discussions about school and its development at organizational level as a key element of change in education have been taking place for the last decades. The concept of professional learning communities is more or less overlooked in these discussions. The text discusses the concept of professional learning communities, present basic starting points and definitions. The contribution to research of school is demonstrated on a segment of case studies elaborated within the research Processes of organizational learning in schools. |
