| Description | This contribution deals with the digital divide phenomenon. It identifies possible approaches to researching this new form of social exclusion. Following the theoretic part of the theses, the qualitative research is performed, identifying respondents key motives and barriers, together with the substantial reason that affects overcoming this new form of social exclusion. |
