| Description | This study reports fast, efficient and economical proteolytic strategies for the digestion procedure and protein identification based on the use of ultrasound and infrared technology. To demonstrate the suitability of the fast procedure, digestion of several standard proteins and proteins extracted from selected plant materials were employed. |
