Description The paper presents the possibility of assessing the climate in primary schools and their limitations are given age pupils and their abilities. Some options were presented climate assessment based on observation of interaction of children, talk with them, drama education, visual methods (working with children's drawings, photographs, school environment) and questionnaires. The main attention was paid to practical experience with the use of electronic instruments administered by the evaluation of Community of the First School - Questionnaire for pupils in the form of computer game, based on the principle of selection and semantic tests which were tested in the project Path to quality (CZ.1.07/4.1.00/06.0014) as one of the thirty evaluation tools. Outputs were presented and the content of messages generated by a tool, including the possibility of comparison with the indicative standards. In the discussion with the directors discussed the advantages and limitations of working with the results obtained with this tool.
