| Description | Chapter called “Work Organisation in a Newsroom” informs that the progress in multimedialization creates professions with unclear categories and no Czech titles, for which English terminology is in use. The use of new technologies often changes journalist routines for the worse (a greater time pressure means a higher rate of mistakes, an emphasis on making the news for a variety of platforms may produce lower quality). As far as the content is concerned, the emphasis shifts from events to topics, analyses and context in the press; events and their quick coverage is primarily the issue of the web. |
