Description | Employability is not only about finding a job. It is also about the skills, attributes and knowledge that graduates gain (Ackhurst, 2008). Employability of psychology graduates is reaching its significance in many countries as the numbers of students grew up over the last decades and the traditional psychological professions do not need as many graduates. We collected data from 32 Europlat partners from different psychology departments and 52 associated partners (psychology departments and psychological societies across Europe). The total number of valid responses was 228 coming from 32 countries. This report should not be understood as a finished solution, its goal is to reflect the current views on the issue of employability in the European countries. |
