The topic of funding in the context of the Hour of Truth call for action was also widely discussed.
At its meeting on 24 April 2023, the Academic Senate of the MU Faculty of Arts approved the extension of the accreditation of a total of 11 doctoral study programs:
The rest of the meeting was devoted to a discussion of questions from the senates of other philosophy faculties in the Czech Republic about the specifics of the Brno faculty and its media image. Also discussed were the results of the Teachers' Day protests and other strategies for action to improve the status of philosophy faculties and the financial evaluation of their staff.
Finally, the dates of the fall meetings were set: 25 September, 23 October, and 20 November.
