The Faculty of Arts of MU is striving to improve the working environment. This is confirmed by its win of the European HR Award certification
Faculty regulations and personnel processes are being revised, a policy of gender equality is in process; internal communication will also be developed. The aim is to create a transparent work environment that is attractive to professionals from abroad.
