The Technology Agency of the Czech Republic has announced a public competition in the Programme for the Support of Applied Research and Innovation SIGMA - Sub-objective 3 - Support of Innovation Potential of Social Sciences, Humanities and Arts.

The public competition is aimed at strengthening the social sciences, humanities and arts (SHUV) in applied research and innovation activities and the application of the outputs of these activities in the form of new or substantially improved products, procedures, processes or services. The sub-objective builds on the activities of the ÉTA Programme. The competition closes on 14th December 2022.

More information and all the conditions for submitting a project proposal will be specified by the TAČR in the tender documentation on the day of the call for tenders.

We kindly ask all interested parties to inform the R&D Department as soon as possible if they are interested in submitting these projects.
If you suspect that the topic of your potential project might touch upon ethics, you should inform the Ethics Committee for Research as soon as possible, specifically Dr. Blanka Jančeková.
Due to organisational reasons, the deadline for checking the project proposals at the Personnel Department will be 8th November.
The deadline for checking with the Economics Department will be 28th November.
The internal deadline for the final check before sending to the R&D Department is 5th December.
