The control of elections is a part of international standard of electoral process. Although it is an important feature of a democratic state the legislation of the Czech republic does not include such a thing. It seems to be necessary to elaborate the th eory of the control of the elections, the practice of testing itself, the functioning of electoral commissions, the Constitutional Court and other state authorities during the process of supervision because this object was not discussed for about 60 year
