Description | The aim of this guidebook is to provide basic information about the possibilities of the use of Age Management. Age Management is a management tool taking age into account for HR personnel and labor office counselors. The guidebook consists of three modules which can be used in many variations during numerous educational activities. The first module provides an introduction into the issue and focuses on topics providing the context for the use of Age Management, such as a demographical situation in relation to employment and unemployment of aging workers as well as individual changes aging brings together with their risks and possibilities. Additionally, first module discusses the concept of Age Management in the light of work ability. Following two modules are aimed at two target groups in particular, labor office counselors and HR personnel. Modules are organized in a form which makes it convenient for the target group to use the Age Management impulses directly in its work and educational activities. Besides that modules are accompanied with the best practices examples. |
