| Description | The text Umberto Eco hisperický explains ideas about medieval aesthetics which was expressed by Eco in his book Art and Beauty in Medieval Aesthetics. The main concepts in this work are symbol and allegory. Eco explains that every phenomena which is visible in this world transcends to God in the medieval age. The article reminds also two Ecos antologies of aesthetics – History of Beauty and History of Ugliness. |
