Description | How can school leaders at the same time contribute to the professionalism of teachers and to a culture of a trust, collective responsibility and critical friendship among staff? One answer is the development of data-wise school leaders. In the workshop we present an overview of the curriculum of the DELECA project (Developing leadership capacity for data-informed school improvement) aimed at the development of a curriculum of a training program for school leaders focused on data-informed school development. |
