| Description | The analysis introduced in the article is giving an explanation of a possibility and impossibility of wh-extraction from embedded clauses as shown in the known Czech example: Kam myslíš, že šel t? x ??/*Kam šeptal, že šel t? Czech and Polish data can show that all cases of impossibility of wh-extraction can be analyzed as instances of islands, i.e. Relativised Minimality. |
