Description | The conference paper presents some results of the two wawes of research (N = 126) based on the sample of trainee teachers (up to three years in practice) from three regions of the Czech Rep. Data were collected through an online system SED (Konečný, Mareš, Ježek, 2010). The aim of the study was to acquire the views of beginning teachers in their practice, their subjective well-being and their willingness to stay in the profession (in the project GA15-12956S. Our results are interpreted in the context of the model of professional socialization (Fessler, Ingram 2003 mod. Lukas, 2008), well-being of the teachers (Saaren et al., 2006). Possible context are discussed as well as the context of the theory of emerging adulthood. |
