| Description | The author of the present critical review of publications dedicated to anniversary of Ľ. Štúr (2015) interprets not only the single publication of tractate Das Slawenthum und die Welt der Zukunft (Slovak translation of the second Russian translation), but also the only scientific monograph written by Hungarian Slovak studies scholar (Slovak translation from Hungarian), essayistic conceived volumes, contemporary reflections and modernization/updating of Ľudovít Štúr´s legacy, understandig of his works by contemporary Slovaks. The author concludes that the commentated publications do not constitute strictly scientific monographs, but rather popular variations which rarely have a comparative character. The author also states almost complete absence of Czech materials and relations, which he sees as crucial. |
