Description | The latest Czech and foreign research studies (Slezáčková, 2017; Delle Fave et al., 2013) revealed that the establishment and maintenance of harmony in life belongs nowadays among the most important human priorities and needs. In the lecture, U3V students learned what forms and levels the harmony in life can take, how it can be measured, and what are the results of current research. In our research study, we revealed that people who perceived their lives as more harmonious were more satisfied with life, experienced more positive emotions, suffered less from depressive moods, maintained higher hope and reported better physical and mental health. With regard to the application of knowledge in everyday life, the attendees have gained practical inspiration for personal and family life and better mental and physical health. |
