Description Europe can be reflected as such space, where attempts for presentation of ideas is being done. These ideas creates Europe´s history. It goes so far, that it could be said, that Europe itself is the history of its intellectual history. To summarize this type of history presupposes systematic perspective. This perspective can be found in Hegels reflections. His reflections focused on conception of absolute rationalization of subjectivity. Nonetheless, in 20th century this conception was perceived as too absolute. Thus, many authors tried to show openness of subjectivity. One of these authors was also Ladislav Hejdánek. The aim of this paper is to show, how Hejdánek´s own philosophy reflects some aspects of Hegel´s. It will be shown not only positive admiration or even inspiration, but also critical distance which lies between Hejdánek and Hegel.
