Description The lecturing project consisted of 15 hours of teaching (Krakow, 30.5. - 3.6. 2022). The first two sessions covered two key questions underpinning the concept of learning-oriented leadership: how do we learn at the workplace (learning needs and learning from experiences), and how to set conditions where workplace learning flourishes. Based on original research, the third session introduced three case studies of leadership and discussed leadership features that could be inspiring for learning-oriented leadership. The fourth session summed up the learning-oriented leadership strategies on both the team and the organizational levels.
