Description | The presentation summarized the results of the quantitative phase of the research into students´ preferred ways of learning English. The quantitative part identified 5 preferred ways of learning English (field sensitive, global, particular, reflective and sequential) and flexibility in 4 learning dimensions. The presentation also described the qualitative phase which included interviews with 10 students selected according to their answers in the questionnaire employed by the quantitative phase. They discussed their preferences in learning, success or failure and un/willingness to change their way of learning. |
