Description The requested lecture focused on working with literature in the individual developmental periods of children aged 0-6 years and was intended primarily for a professional group of librarians. The aim was to provide participants with an overview of children's psychological development at this age, introducing the stages of cognitive development (J. Piaget) and the developmental framework of social interaction (E. Erikson) in relation to literature for children up to the age of six years.
