Description The study presents a basic conceptualisation of AI literacy as a new form of literacy related to the development of artificial intelligence systems and their impact on education and the labour market. The study identifies the meaning and purpose of this new competency and the approaches to it found in the literature. The final discussion highlights open questions and issues that should be the subject of further research investigation.
