Description Alimentary enterotoxicoses, toxic epidermolyses or toxic shock syndrome toxin are caused by oxic exoproducts of the pathogenic strains of Staphylococcus aureus. In this paper Southern blott and hybridization with specific probes for the detection SEs (B, C;) ETA and Tnase are demostrated in the HindIII a EcoRI and SmaI macrorestriction spectra. By this method localization of the genes for these toxins were detected in staphylococcal genomes.
