Description | The article sums up the results of the opening stage of such research from the Czech milieu. The authors explore how teachers comprehend the term of in-service training, which kind of educational events they prefer, and which can their paths of choice within the educational event be. The teachers choice seem to be very often random, offhand, and strongly influenced by the accessibility of the event, in terms of time, location, and costs, by colleagues references, and by the attractiveness of the subject matter. |
