Description | The aim of our research (supported by Czech Grant Agency, no.406/05/0564) is to identify and describe different life style types of university students based on their health-related behavior, to compare different life style type profiles, and to relate them to chosen personality variables. The research is exploratory; it intends to help clarify the relationship between health-supportive behavior, well-being, and some personality characteristics. The aim of the second research phase was to verify whether the preferred life style affects the health state of respondents. |
