Description Testing and evaluating the learning outcomes of students is an organic part of the educational process and in terms of both teachers and students belong to one of the most sensitive site teaching. This paper deals with the results of the investigation focused on the marginalized perspective of pupils and students in the testing and evaluation in school (specifically on the findings of students' secondary school students and middle and high schools on the proper testing and evaluation/grading/). To determine the views of pupils and students on this issue was the method of this questionaire. The sample consisted of 242 respondents. Other objectives of the research was to obtain a common vision of students on the proper testing and evaluation, to compare it with the views of academics, experts and the results of previously undertaken research and compare the answers of respondents by grade school and gender.
