Description As early as the chronicler of Karel IV era, named Přibík Pulkava – marked Milota of Dědice to be king’s traitor in the battle of Dürnkrut. Milota belonged to significant House of Benešovic and he appeared at the King’s Court since 1256. Milota enjoyed king’s confidence and belonged among courtiers. In break of 1274/75 Milota became marshal in Styria. He had to fell back from Styria and he abided again near the king.; in 1278 he is first time called with predicate „of Dědice“. In the battle taking place on AUG 26, 1278 Milota was probably at van of squads, which had been sent flying by enemies, which has resulted in later treason legend. In 1279 he engaged into politic life of Moravia again, becoming the vice-chamberlain, after the conflict taking place with land administrator Albrecht of Saxony, but he was poisoned together. Apparently at the beginning of nineties he acted for a short period as the burgrave of Olomouc. Last notice took place on 1302.
