Description | The text offers an institutional analysis of the situation in the region before and after desintegration of Austro-Hungarian empire and shows that the atmosphere there was so complicated in the central Europe that no one, not even Masaryk himself, was able to overcome it and to introduce the ideals of trans-nationalism, plasticity of national identity, and cultural reciprocity into political and social life - these has been typical of pragmatist conception of political nation. Author documents this not only on the example from political reality, but also on the example of gymnastic movements development. |
