Description Viticultural areas and viticultural buildings are today a symbol of viticulture and viticulture in South Moravia. They are a direct proof of the history and knowledge of wine production technology. The technological processes of the past in wine production are rapidly being modernized today. Thanks to the professionalization of this industry, the original experience, knowledge and customs passed down through generations have been lost in many ways. However, a return to tradition and knowledge of historical contexts can also enrich the modern viticultural and viticultural culture in many ways. Not only in wine production, but also in architecture. Individual wine-growing buildings have always shown not only the building skills and possibilities of the owner, but also minor regional differences.
